DEBT COLLECTION – HOW WE CAN HELP
THERE ARE A NUMBER OF WAYS THAT OUR
HIGHLY EXPERIENCED TEAM CAN HELP YOU:
- We have a team of highly trained and experienced
debt recovery professionals.
- We adopt a firm but diplomatic approach which in our experience is the best practice for debt recovery.
- We will try to resolve any problem by discussing the situation directly with your debtor.
- We are able to undertake legal proceedings where necessary.
HOW WE WORK
WE FOLLOW A SIMPLE PROCESS TO
COLLECT DEBTS QUICKLY & EFFECTIVELY:
Our team of debt collectors work in collaboration with a leading firm of Solicitors.
Although you may have already made a verbal or written request for payment often a professional letter from a third party can prompt payment. Once a debt collection agency letter has been received your clients will immediately realise that your warnings of collection proceedings are not an idle threat.
When debtors hold entire sums outstanding when only a fraction of the debt is disputed, our debt collection team will establish the facts and are usually able, with your assistance, to negotiate for settlement on your behalf.
OUR DEBT COLLECTION CHARGES
Charges are calculated on the length of time that the debt has been outstanding.
Debts up to 12 months old: 15% plus vat (disputed debts 20% plus vat)
Debts 12-24 months old: 20% plus vat (disputed debts 25%)
Debts over 24 months old: 30% plus vat
QUOTE FOR DISPUTED DEBTS OVER TWO YEARS OLD.
Minimum debt charge is £95.00
Pay when we recover. No set up fees or upfront costs.
Bulk collection rates are negotiable and we offer a Platinum service for aged debts over 2 years.
Few other companies offer this service due to the time consuming nature of collecting these debts and associated difficulties in collection.
Your debts will be managed by one of The Cash Protection Agency’s dedicated case handlers and broken agreements or defaults in payment will be followed up automatically. This can get cases resolved quickly methods and without the need for lengthy litigation.
All debtors will be treated individually to ensure the most effective method of collection.
In the event that your debtor cannot settle in full a payment plan will be negotiated.
We will reassess your debtors’ circumstances on a regular basis to see if payment arrangements are in line with their income / cashflow.
If you want an update on any outstanding debt at any time simply call your Cash Protection Agency case handler.
