The Cash Protection Agency offers a debt recovery service, if court fees are necessary, these are to be paid in advance they range from £30 - £500 dependant on size of claim and are recoverable from the debtor . A nominal administration charge will be raised.

Simply provide us with copies of invoices, contact names, telephone numbers and all other relevant information and we will start debt recovery proceedings immediately.

Proceedings will be handled on your behalf but there may be a charge raised if papers have to be prepared for court hearings or transferred to a solicitor, see Charges for details.

 

Don't forget at the end of the year - do not write off any debts - call us instead!

If debts collected by instalments, commission is charged at the instalment rate unless otherwise agreed.
Receipt of instruction and invoices is acceptance of our terms.
